A worry stone can lend you some of its calming properties no matter where you are. A regular tumbled stone or palmstone would work well for this method, as long as it’s small enough to carry around. Select one based on the colors mentioned previously and keep it in your pocket or handbag at all times. When you feel stressed, nervous, angry, or irate, reach for it, hold it in your hand, and rub it along the surface for as long as needed, until you begin to calm down.

Tip #2: Have a crystal healing session

You can become your own healer by having your own DIY healing session! Lie down and carefully place your purple and/or white crystals on your forehead.
